Sessions for personality and professional developments of OHS students are conducted in a regular interval by expert members. It helps students to realize their responsibilities towards each other, family members and society at large. They also learn to imbibe universal values through these interactions which help them to retrospect, think and act before doing anything in life. We also arrange sessions for the development of compassion, self confidence, and patriotism and leadership quality.

OHS is enriched with highly qualified and experienced teachers whose passion for excellence is obvious in the respective subject area. They always teach our students differently, encourage them for critical thinking and come up with innovative ideas. We believe that student’s friendly relationship in and outside the class room is also very important in professional development of a student. Our teachers act as guides and counselors to our students outside the classroom by helping them deal with "growing up" issues, further strengthening the bond between teachers and students.
